Fix Unable To Upload Pics Via Gallery On 2go Using Blackberry Q5, Q10,Z10

I recall the first time I bought my blackberry 10 phone, the first app I downloaded and installed was 2go messenger. I downloaded and installed the app not because I loved it so much but because most apps I liked were pre-installed. Most secondary apps I needed like opera, Google chrome or Firefox where not present in the blackberry world.

Guess I should just say, I was actually forced to downloading the app first lol.

On my earlier post, I wrote on how to download 2go messenger for blackberry 10. My experience with the 2go app on bb10 hasn't been awesome. I actually preferred the android version. I didn't so much enjoy the app on my bb because I couldn't upload my pics via gallery folder on my bb10. The only way I could upload pics was via direct camera which sucks.

Based on that issue I was having, I'd have to revert to my android tablet whenever I want to upload a pics to my 2go account via gallery. At first, I thought I was the only one experiencing this but then, I realized it was a general problem with blackberry 10 phones like blackberry Z10, Q5, Q10.

Following this ordeal, I have always wanted a solution to help those experiencing such problems and Yes, I did.

Solution To Uploading Pics On 2go Via Gallery Folder Using Blackberry Q5, Q10, Z10

Knowing that I could install android apps on my blackberry 10 easily, I decided to delete the bb10 version of the 2go app installed on my phone and then download the android version.

Initially, it was difficult getting the official 2go app for android to download but I got it. After downloading and installing the android version of 2go messenger on the bb10 phone, it worked fine. Uploading profile pics via gallery now works, sending pics via gallery also works and it seemed much faster than the normal 2go app for blackberry.

Steps To Deleting And Installing 2go android version on bb Q5, Q10, Z10

I quite understand that it might to difficult getting through the simple step outlined above but I'd like to guild you through with steps.

==> The first step would be deleting the bb10 2go app you downloaded. To do this, tap and hold the 2go app

==> At this point, you would realize all apps installed on the phone are bubbling. Simply tap the trash icon right above the 2go app and choose to delete it.

==> When done deleting, the next option step would be downloading the android version of the chat app.

==> In other to save you the stress of having to search, I have uploaded the app that worked for me on sharemobile. You can download from Here.

==> When done downloading, install and open.

Now, log in your 2go username and password. Try uploading a profile pics and you can find the option to upload via gallery right? Cool huh?

That's my proven solution to been unable to upload profile pics on 2go via gallery using blackberry Z10, Q5 and Q10 phones.

Easiest Way To Install Android APK Apps On Blackberry 10 Phones WithoutSideloading

Back then when I was still rocking the blackberry tablet otherwise known as blackberry playbook running OS10, the only way to which we could install android apk apps on the device was via sideloading. Sideloading android apps to the blackberry 10 tablet needed to be done using a computer alongside a .bar version of the android app. Although i had there was a simpler way using Google Chrome browser, i never bothered to try it out.

What that entails is, ordinarily, android apps usually ends with .apk. But if we had to sideload android apps to the blackberry 10 playbook tablet, we needed to convert the file to .bar extension and then sideload using a PC.

Oh well, let's not deliberate on that. We are actually talking of blackberry 10 phones like Q5, Q10, Z10 and Z30 devices. Installing android apps on these devices is as easy as ABC. Yes! You heard me right.

Although the sideloading process to installing android apps on blackberry 10 phones still works but why undergo the long and demanding process when there's a much easier way?

Installing android apps on Blackberry 10 phones like Q5, Q10, Z10, Z30 is as easy as downloading an android apk app and installing it. Yes, its that simple.

Just before you go ahead and try out what I just said, you needed to set your bb phone to be able to install apps from unknown sources.

How?

==> On your blackberry 10 phone, go to settings

==> Scroll down till you get to App Manager

==> Tap on it. Tap on Installing Apps, make sure its turned on so you can install apps from other sources other than the BlackBerry world which doesn't seem to have most apps we need.

When done with that, try downloading an android app in apk format, install it and open. It worked fine right?

So far so good, I cannot ascertain whether or not all android apps works on blackberry 10. However, with the steps outlined above, I was able to install instragram, opera mini browsers, download manager on my blackberry 10 phone.

Please be also aware that you cannot download apps from the android market otherwise known as Google play store but other sources sure works fine.

How To Change 2go Phone Number Used In Signing Up

Oh yes, changing the 2go phone number you initially used in signing up or creating a 2go account is pretty easy to achieve now following the changes that was made by the 2go team. This process isn't new. Its been around for a long time now so please don't get the impression that am late on this information lol.

A couple of times, users of the chat app have often asked how they could change their phone number used in registrating or signing on 2go. After giving the solution, some still think its scam and wouldn't want to undergo the process but that isn't true. I am not asking you to go through any website other than the official 2go website.

Changing 2go Phone Number Used In Signing Up

Just so you know, there are many downsides to using a 2go account not attached to its correct phone number. One of the most obvious is the inability to purchase 2go credit. There's one of the basic reasons to why people complain of not receiving their bought gocredit.

Steps:

==> Using your mobile browser(the process cannot be used using a computer), go to WAP.2go.im

==> When fully loaded, look at the address bar and you should see some characters added after the wap.2go.im/. Example of such characters could be s/ZZBDjfagdhdhhIAN.

==> Now, do not delete any of those characters. Just leave it the way it is. Scroll to the end of the character and add /change.php and click go or OK depending on the kinda device you use.

==> When fully loaded, you would be presented with a form where you will be required to fill in some vital in formations. These information are: Full Name, Username, First 3 letters of your password or PIN, Current phone number used on the 2go account and the new phone number you want to change to.

==> When done filling the form, just click on Proceed and you are good to go.

If the process was successful, you should get a notification to that effect.

What Next After Successfully Editing 2go Phone Number?

If the process was successful, there nothing much to be done anymore. Just log in to your account with your known working username and password and you are good to go. If you want to further confirm the editing process, you can request a password reset.

Just as stated on the title on this post, this cheat has been confirmed working. We personally confirmed it working for PC using PDProxy VPN although some coupon of other VPNS have been reported working. While for android phones, we have confirmed it working using Your-Freedom VPN although DroidVPN has been confirmed working also.

Configure June/July Airtel Free Browsing Cheat On PC

As earlier stated, We have only confirmed this free browsing cheat working For Computer using PDProxy VPN Software, hence that's what we are going to use for this tutorial.

Requirements:

Just before we go ahead to the steps, I just need to be sure that you’ve got the required things in place.

A modem(Airtel or Any other Unlocked Network Modem Can work)
An Airtel Sim that’s been used in browsing before(We cannot ascertain if newly bought sims would work)
PD-ProxyVPN – Download and register for a PDProxy VPN account. Can be downloaded Here

Got all those? Then let’s move on;

Steps:

==> Start your PD-Proxy VPN software on your PC, navigate to settings > Advanced Settings > proto options
==> Configure UDP Server Port to be 53.
==> Navigate to Parent Proxy, tick the Enable Parent Proxy, enter IP as 196.46.244.32, port as 80.
==> When done, click Save & Go back.
==> Navigate back to main menu, choose Demo Server 1 or Demo Server 2 to use the trial account and select UDP.
==> Enter your PD-Proxy Username and password.

Now, launch your modem interface with your modem correctly inserted into your PC via your computer's USB Port. Under your modem internet settings, set up with the following parameters:
Name: Airtel or NGStudents
Dial number: *98#
APN: internet.ng.zain.com worked for me but you could use internet.ng.celtel.com
Username and password: internet

Save and navigate back to main menu on modem and click on connect. After successful connection, navigate back to the PDProxy VPN software and click on connect.

When connected, launch your Firefox browser, Google chrome browser and start browsing for free. Remember to set your browser network setting to ‘No Proxy‘.

Based on report from a fan, he said using Google Chrome browser with this trick is more faster than using Mozilla Firefox. More so, the cheat works faster during the night time or early hours of the day. If using PD-Proxy VPN, you are limited to 100MB data daily and you are limited to using only Demo Server 1 and Demo Server 2 servers. If you do like to get more out of this VPN software, then you would need to upgrade to a premium account. As at when posting this, they still have not approved PayPal payments but other payment option like Perfect Money and Bitcoin are accepted.

Set Up June/July 2014 Airtel Free Browsing Trick On Android

As stated earlier, we have only confirmed this Airtel free browsing trick working on android phones using Your-Freedom VPN application hence we are going to use that for the Set-Up procedure.

Steps:

• First and foremost, you need to have your-freedom software downloaded on your android. You can download from Play Store or from the official website Here.


• When done downloading, tap on CONFIGURE:


• Select Account Information and insert your registered freedom username and password. This should be same with which you used in creating an account from your-freedom website.


• When done, proceed to selecting Server connection: DNS/UDP TWEAK, PORT: 53


• Connection Mode should be NIGERIA Airtel.


• Next, click on Wizard, and it will display the list of available servers(This is only appropriate if running the app for the first time.


• In the course of available servers been displayed, you will see some with coins attached to it and some without. Please note that the ones without coins are for free users while the ones with coins are for premium(Upgraded) users.


• Choose the server that suit you. If a free user, use a free server, if a premium user, you can use any server that suits you, preferably one that is faster.


• Now tick ENABLE ENCRYPTION, ENABLE RE-KEYING, Reconnection Delay: 5000. Minimum Post Size: 10000000, Initial Post Size: 150000


• Now navigate to PROXY SETTINGS and input staticdns.com or 196.46.244.32 as proxy address and 80 as port


• APN Setttings should be internet.ng.airtel.com, Username & Password should be internet.

When done with those, simply connect and you are good to go.

How To Take Screenshots On BlackBerry 10 Phones (Z10, Z30, Q5, Q10)

I quite understand that it might sound belittling to write on how to take screenshots on blackberry 10 phones like Q5, Q10, Z10, Z30 as most people already know how to achieve this things. However, our main purpose is to aid those who can't do these things on their own and to tutor them accordingly.

Unlike lower blackberry OS devices like the curve 2, bold 2, torch and sorts, using apps is necessary. However, for bb10 phones and tablet, you do not need a screenshoting app.

Initially, when I first wanted to take a screenshot on my bb10, I thought I would be needing an app like screen muncher, screen grabber or sorts, I checked the blackberry world but couldn't find any of them. Little did I know that bb10 phones works almost same with the blackberry playbook tablet which was a device I used in the past.

Without taking much of your time with much talks, let's head over to the subject matter.

Taking screenshot On Blackberry 10 Phones

If you are using a blackberry 10 phone like a bb Z10, Z30, Q5 or a Q10, the process is very simple and straight.

All you need do is hold both volume keys when on the screen you do like to take a screen shot of.

For example, if you are on the menu page of your phone and you'd like to take a screen shot of it, simple hold the volume up and volume down buttons together while on the menu screen and you should get a notification on the screen that screenshot has been saved to pictures.

Navigate to your pictures folder and you should find it there.

Facebook Account Temporarily Locked - Causes and Prevention

When was the last time you locked into your Facebook account only to meet a message saying, 'Your Facebook account is temporarily locked', blocked or something similar? Yes, I know its quite devastating especially if you were hoping to get logged into your account or you needed to check into your inbox for a quick message.

Honestly, it sucks! I have been there before, not once not twice. A couple of times actually and I have always escaped through and gotten my fb account unlocked asap.

Like the popular saying goes, 'Prevention is better than cure'. Hence, on this post, the sole aim is giving you some precautionary measures of preventing in protecting your Facebook account against been locked.

The measures I am going to be stating here are measures which has always worked for me and I'd believe it should work for you also. Don't worry, in subsequent post, I will be writing on how to fix the Facebook account temporarily locked issue. I promise it won't take long.

Just before we go ahead to stating the precautionary methods to preventing this from happening, let's find out first, what could cause this.

Causes Of Facebook Account Been Temporarily Locked

I have been on the social media platform since 2010 hence it shouldn't be wrong of me to say I have got vast knowledge of the social network. However, remember that it isn't how far, rather, its how well.

Enough of the long talks, let's hit the hammer on the nail.

1. Unknown IP: This happens to be the basic reason to why an fb account can be temporarily locked. If you log into your Facebook account using another country's IP address and location much different from the country stated on your account, you could be faced with that error.

Having known the causes, I guess you should be able to figure how to avoid the issue of account temporarily locked or account temporarily blocked. For those who still can't get it, I will state it.

Prevent Facebook Account From Been Locked Or Blocked

In the cause above, I stated that Unknown IP is the basic reason to why an fb account could be faced with suspension. Having known that, one of the surest way to avoid this is using a known IP address or location or something close.

For example, If you reside in the united states, its cool to use a united Kingdom IP without having to experience that error.

But if you reside in Canada and you use a south Africa IP in accessing your fb account, this 'may' lead to your account been locked or blocked.

There you have it. Do stick to that prevention method and you should be good to go.
