Even through am not a football fan, i believe its high time post something relating to football fans that do read this blog.
Just recently i came across an application on blackberry that allows you see latest updates in the football world, updates like live football scores of matches, football news, next matches and their event status, time and others and the name of this application is Goal.com.
I actually think this is a mobile addition of goal.com and unlike other website applications that usually redirects to their websites, goal.com on blackberry doesn't work like a bookmark app but rather works well as a mobile application ought to.
Below is a screenshot of how the application works
Thats it. If you look closely at the navigation tabs you will find LIVE SCORES, Breaking etc, those are quick ways to quick information on football.
Wondering how to download this Application to your blackberry phone?
First, visit blackberry app world on your device, then search goal.com
download the application, launch and you are good to go.
Please Note: using this application require having an internet connection perhaps i have not tried this application on Nokia Symbian phones nd other devices so i can't guarantee it works on those phones.
hope this helps?
